PSHE - creating a profile.
This week the children made profiles of themselves and then compared them to see what unique features they have and how they are different. Being different is good and allows for a diverse community.
Isle of Wight Library Service
Adam from the Isle of Wight library service came in to introduce the summer reading scheme to the children. The children will need to sign up for the scheme:gadgeteers. There are stickers, games and a gift each time you visit. Each child must read 6 books over the summer. Once the children have visited three times they will be given a certificate and a medal. All the library asks is that the children write a review of one of the books they have read by 17th September.
